Job summary

L’Oréal in Toronto is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Leader to drive collaboration with major retail partners such as Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart, leading a team of 4 analysts to deliver top-tier service. You will coach and develop your team, optimize replenishment strategies, and manage store-level inventory, fill rates, and forecast accuracy while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead the strategic collaboration with our major retail partners (Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart), managing a dedicated team of 4 analysts to deliver top-tier service.

• Strategic Alliances: Drive collaborative joint business planning to align inventory, promotions, and launch strategies.
• People Leadership: Coach and develop your team, fostering an environment of continuous upskilling and empowerment.
• Performance Orchestration: Manage retail KPIs, optimizing store-level inventory, fill rates, and forecast accuracy.

We Are Looking For You

Are a Strategic Leader With a Completed Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Or Engineering) And Fluency In English (French Is a Strong Asset).

• Team Leadership: Experience in managing and developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to partner with key retail stakeholders and influence internal cross-functional teams.
• Strategic CPFR/VMI: Proficiency in optimizing replenishment systems (SAP, Retail Link) and complex inventory flows.
