Kone México seeks a Key Account Project Manager in Mississauga to drive customer engagement and growth. This role entails contract management, sales strategy development, and establishing relationships with C-suite clients. As our Key Account Project Manager based out of our Mississauga HQ, you will be responsible for the retention, growth and value of the account, asset/capital planning, contract management and ensuring the customer's performance goals and account management objectives are met /exceeded.
JOB DUTIES:
Daily Customer Communication & Equipment Performance: Main point of contact with customer for operational and project updates, contract repairs, down units, entrapments, inspections, quoted repairs, modernization and new equipment opportunities, addressing all aspects of customer concerns.
Contract Management: Ensure compliance with scope, terms and conditions of contracts, contract riders, equipment and locations within contracts, and management of procurement partnership.
Sales: Uses solution selling techniques to identify new sales opportunities with customer and handles all aspects of the sales process (includes negotiating, tendering, proposal presentations, etc.).
Reporting & Presenting Account Performance: Prepare account performance by analyzing data and communication with branches to share with customer and identify needed actions.
Relationship Management: Able to establish and build relationships with C-suite level leadership and other stakeholders within the organization.
Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related industry
In lieu of degree, 7-10 years senior account management or sales management experience
The ideal background will bring understanding of sales and operations of all business lines, financial acumen, and collaboration skills ranging from written to verbal.
General management experience, desirable

The hiring range for this role is $124,000.00 - $170,500.00 The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. .
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual 60/40 Bonus plan at 17% Target Incentive ba sed on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
