Join GSK's Key Account Management (KAM) team in Mississauga, Ontario, and play a vital role in representing our portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions in Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology. This role involves developing strategic plans, building relationships, and driving initiatives to improve patient health and safeguard against vaccine-preventable diseases.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage your designated region by creating and executing strategic plans to foster relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of local therapeutic patient journeys and decision-making objectives.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration and innovative approaches to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a network of healthcare stakeholders to optimize vaccination recommendations.
  • Utilize multichannel digital engagement to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Manage territory budgets and analyze market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • At least 3 years of experience in institutional specialty sales or KAM roles within Canadian healthcare, specifically in Cardiology.
  • Strong understanding of key account management principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Canadian healthcare institutions and hospitals.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Preferred:

  • Proven performance in program and health system markets.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
