Sterinova, a subsidiary of B. Braun Group, is a growing pharmaceutical company. To support its growth, we are looking for a Hospital Sales Representative to cover the province of Ontario.

Our goal is to develop ready-to-administer injectable syringes and premixed bags that will meet healthcare professionals’ specific needs. Our products are developed and manufactured in St-Hyacinthe near Montreal Quebec by using state of the art pharmaceutical production equipment and in accordance with the Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Your responsibilities

The Hospital Key Account Manager will report to the National Hospital Sales Director and his-her objective is to understand, manage and develop all major hospitals accounts. The candidate will also align sales and marketing activities implemented by the company with the intention of achieving and surpassing company goals.

The responsibilities will include :

  • Manage all customers located within the territory to build strong business relationships.
  • Complete face to face meetings with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and KOL from all key hospitals in the territory.
  • Create and develop opportunities to increase company and product awareness.
  • Become a reliable source of contact for customers, continuously following up with them.
  • Elaborate and implement POA according to sales opportunities.
  • Meet daily / weekly / monthly requirements for meetings, leads, contacts.
  • Participate in all events, conferences and seminars required.
  • Monitor market and competitive activities.
  • Submit detailed reports in timely fashion.

Since you’ll cover a large territory, we are looking for an individual with great organizational skills and willing to travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or any other field relevant to the pharmaceutical field.

  • Bilingual (EN / FR) is strongly preferred, with a required French level of 3 / 5, 5 being 100% bilingual.
