Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives and effectively manage territory budget and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth disease and product knowledge to educate stakeholders effectively and promote action.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities to support more patients.
  • Create and execute an annual territory business plan based on market data and marketing strategies, updating it regularly based on market dynamics.
  • Develop insights-based account plans for top accounts and treatment centers, including decision-maker prioritization, situational analysis, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead customer-focused and patient-centered activities within the territory in collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing and Medical.
  • Implement digital engagement activities like virtual meetings and targeted emails.
  • Work with institutions at all levels to facilitate product acceptance and access, managing formulary and budget decisions.
  • Organize educational programs through face-to-face discussions, speaker events, hospital rounds, and other forums.
  • Profile and maintain a database of targeted customers and accounts for local and national use.
  • Collaborate with KAM and MSL colleagues to share insights and build territory synergies.
  • Complete administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing reports, and call documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.
  • Report adverse events promptly to the third-party PV service provider.
  • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight stays.
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc preferred)
  • At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Oncology and/or Hematology.
  • Proven success in executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers in various settings.
  • Persuasive, solution-oriented sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Patient-first attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Strong scientific and technical knowledge for disease and concept selling.
  • Understanding of local managed markets and hospital environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working in hybrid environments.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • High integrity and compliance mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and Veeva.
