Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross margin, in accordance with sales targets.
• Identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting technical sales presentations on products and resolving customer concerns.
• Executing producer meetings to enhance brand recognition and products.
• Establishing and growing key relationships with customers and distributors.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (science or agriculture); master’s degree considered an asset.
• 5+ years of sales experience within animal nutrition.
• A solid understanding of animal nutrition to present technical presentations to prospective customers.
• Proven experience managing the sales pipeline to win new customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite products and CRM software.
• Self-driven, ability to operate autonomously and a sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
