Job description

We are hiring for our partner, a small enterprise specialized in importation, with the mission to provide its retail clients with value-added solutions for the development, importation, and distribution of their private label food products.

Reporting to the president, the candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients and driving the business development of the company. Specifically, their role will encompass:

  • Drive sales of current programs in collaboration with banners and category managers.
    • Develop a category management strategy to accelerate organic growth of our current programs.
    • Category development and extension of current programs / new products.
  • Development of new projects with major Canadian food chains.
  • In partnership with Operations, plan category-specific product needs and monitor forecasts.
  • Analyze monthly sales and present key information to the team.
  • Prepare and execute business reviews with category managers, including short, medium, and long-term objectives for program development.
  • Monitor key account plans and objectives, achieving net sales and budgeted cost targets.
  • Provide industry, economic, and competitive information to assist in the development of sales and marketing programs.

Conditions:
