Key Account Coordinator – Health & Wellness Supplements

We are a leading health and wellness supplement distribution company looking for a Key Account Coordinator to manage and support our mass grocery accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, CRM systems, and retail operations, with experience working with major grocery retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process key account orders efficiently
  • Handle routine customer inquiries, respond to emails, and follow up on customer requests
  • Advise buyers and personnel on product availability, inventory levels, and sales tools
  • Communicate with operations team on incoming and outbound shipments
  • Manage the entire GS1 listing process (Create, upload, confirm listings)
  • Manage the retailer portal item listing process (Create, upload, confirm listings)
  • Assist in organizing and supporting regional trade shows and sales meetings

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in a corporate customer service/sales environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience using NetSuite, or a similar ERP, for order entry and customer service

Beneficial Experience & Skills

  • Experience working with Loblaws AWF System, Sobeys (SPAL), Metro, Longo’s, Walmart, London Drugs, Whole Foods portals.
  • Proficiency in GS1 (maintenance, uploading, registration, imaging)
  • Experience with Loblaws and Sobeys reporting systems
  • Familiarity with SPS EDI System for uploading invoices.

Education & Qualifications

  • Secondary education, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and business growth
