What You'll Do:
- Key Account Management & Growth: Take ownership of a portfolio of Key Accounts (KAs), nurturing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for secondary development and expansion of services. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring strong, lasting partnerships.
- End-to-End Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle for your KAs, from initial engagement and needs assessment through to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring timely payment collection.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales quotas and marketing indicators set by the company.
- Solution Design & Pricing Strategy: Become an expert on our product modules, understanding their features and associated costs. You'll collaborate closely with the quotation department to strategically determine competitive sales prices and develop customized, integrated implementation and promotion solutions that address specific client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively and effectively gather market information and competitor insights, providing valuable feedback to the team to deepen our understanding of industry trends and customer demands.
- Strategic Business Development: Drive personal and regional sales plans, focusing on deeply exploring and acquiring head customers (leading companies) within the industry. You'll be instrumental in realizing business model innovation and setting industry benchmarks, ultimately enhancing our company's service reputation and brand.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the international express, international freight forwarding, airlines, or export cross-border e-commerce logistics industry.
- Results-Driven: Strong self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and embrace challenges. You possess excellent planning and sales process management capabilities.
