Job summary

The Landing Restaurant Group in Toronto is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee food quality, lead a team, and ensure HACCP compliance while mentoring staff. The role offers a collaborative culture, competitive salary, and growth opportunities within Canada’s iconic restaurant brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen.
• Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Open to learning, coaching and career growth.
• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills.
• To be driven and focused and execute with excellence.
• Bonus points for Diploma in Culinary Management and/or Chef Accreditation.

Responsibilities
