Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach music lessons for Kindergarten through Grade 7.
• Provide instruction in singing, rhythm, movement, music literacy, listening, composition, and performance.
• Use the Orff approach to develop students’ musical understanding and creativity.
• Teach and direct a performance choir for parish and school events.
• Prepare students for concerts, liturgies, school events and other performances.
• Assess and communicate student progress according to school expectations.
