Job summary

The Montreal Audit department is seeking several Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Auditors to join its dynamic team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Apply BT Montreal's audit and accounting practices and methodologies at client engagements
  • Conduct external and internal financial statement audits for both public and private companies
  • Lead field engagement teams and mentor junior staff members
  • Analyze complex accounting issues
  • Perform financial and systems analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients

As an Audit professional, you will help companies assess their risks and ensure transparency across their operations.

A successful candidate will have:
  • Accounting/business diploma
  • Successful completion of the CFE or working towards a CPA designation
  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience with exposure to relevant areas
  • Experience with all reporting standards
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to understand and maintain strong client relationships
  • Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism
  • Use of previous experience and technical knowledge for client benefit
  • Ability to analyze issues using various techniques
  • Strong project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Effective monitoring of multiple or complex projects against deadlines and budgets
