The Role:

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in-store displays, maximize store profitability through enticing visual concepts, and ensure that new and fresh products are presented to customers while following JD Standards throughout the store.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in your store.
• Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using appealing visual displays.
• Alternate mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasons and retail calendar events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
• Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layouts.
• Provide training and support to team members on merchandising and displays.
• Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual merchandising activities.
• Maintain a professional manner, leading by example at all times.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times.
• Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance in line with company policies.
