The Role:

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support by creating engaging product displays and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will design window and in-store displays, maximize store profitability through visual concepts, and ensure new products are showcased effectively while following JD standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in your store.
• Attract, engage, and motivate customers using advanced visual techniques.
• Update mannequins, displays, and windows seasonally and for retail events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
• Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layout.
• Provide training and support team development in merchandising and displays.
• Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Communicate feedback on visual merchandising activities to the Town Merchandiser.
• Maintain a professional attitude and lead by example.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times.
• Promote hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance in line with company procedures.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
