The Role:

Our Retail Team is seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser at our Market Mall location! You will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and leveraging current fashion trends. Your responsibilities include creating window and in-store displays, maximizing store profitability through compelling visual concepts, and ensuring that new and existing products are attractively presented in line with JD standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in the store.
2. Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using advanced visual techniques.
3. Update mannequins, displays, and window setups according to seasons and retail calendar events.
4. Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
5. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and store layout.
6. Provide training and support to team members on merchandising and display techniques.
7. Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
8. Communicate and provide feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual merchandising activities.
9. Maintain a professional demeanor, leading by example at all times.
10. Work safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
11. Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance in line with company procedures.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Minimum of six months retail experience.
• Visual Merchandising experience is an asset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity, imagination, and a good sense of product flow coordination.
