CIMA+ | B&A Studios, downtown Edmonton, is seeking a Junior Urban Planner to join our Earth and Environment team. You will help shape planning, design, and community engagement for projects across Canada, supporting development of policies and land use plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
Strong research and analytical abilities for planning projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manages urban planning projects under senior supervision.
Conducts research on urban development trends, demographics, and land use.
Develops land use plans, zoning regulations, and policies.
Writes proposals and prepares reports with oversight from seniors.
Creates plans addressing housing, transportation, infrastructure, and environment in collaboration with teams.
Analyzes data on economic, social, and physical factors affecting land use.
