A leading company is looking for a Junior System Support Analyst to contribute to enterprise IT infrastructure, primarily focusing on Windows Server administration. The role involves monitoring systems, maintaining documentation, and requires certain security clearances. Ideal candidates should have significant skills in server management and experience with various related technologies.
Junior System Support Analyst to support enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing primarily on Windows Server administration and system operations- S2TWVM
Work Mode - Hybrid
Duration - 6 months
Resource is required to assist with Server Administration.
JSSA grid skills, plus the following:
• Defining and administering Active Directory on Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Evaluating Microsoft Server patches, and applying the patches
Monitoring of the clients backups on a daily basis, and periodically testing the backups
Create detailed Documentation such as; Build books, process guides, design documents of solutions implemented.

Must Haves
Reliability clearance required, Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining Microsoft Windows Clusters
• Experience requesting and applying Windows Server Certificates
• Installation and monitoring of an enterprise Virus Scanning solution
• Experience installing and configuring client software for an Enterprise Backup System (Tivoli Spectrum Protect).
• Basic UNIX(AIX and Red Hat Enterprise Linux) knowledge
• Demonstrated experience supporting Printers and Scannersfor end users
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting an Enterprise System
• Demonstrated Experience automating tasks using Windows PowerShell or batch files
• Experience with VMware, both on a server (vSphere and ESXi) and desktop (VMware Workstation) level
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 installation and configuration
