The Junior Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new solutions and maintaining existing products. They must communicate effectively within the team, provide solutions to problems, and share their knowledge and experience. This position utilizes modern Microsoft development tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend meetings as required.
2. Participate in code reviews.
3. Engage in solutioning discussions, timeline estimates, and feature scope meetings.
4. Work with the test team to develop automated test programs.
5. Develop solutions using Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL, Azure, etc.) based on requirement documents.
6. Debug software issues and perform root cause analysis.
7. Write unit tests.
8. Continuously develop programming skills.
9. Provide and accept feedback.
10. Stay organized and able to multitask.
11. Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications
