Opportunity

As a member of our dynamic service team, the Junior Service Technician works with dental clients to provide on-site service. You are the face of Medline Sinclair visiting our clients to provide service including troubleshooting and repairing of dental equipment, as well as supporting the installation of new equipment and the sales of maintenance contracts. This role requires daily travel throughout Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site service to dental clients, including troubleshooting and repairing dental equipment
  • Support installation of new equipment and sales of maintenance contracts
  • Travel throughout Ontario on a daily basis
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of general repair experience and a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or plumbing systems
  • A natural talent for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • The physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
