Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Service Advisor located in Kelowna, BC. The Junior Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with customers to schedule vehicle services, providing clear communication regarding maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely aftersales follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Communication and Aftersales skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive services is beneficial
