We are seeking our next great team member to join our Service Department as a Junior Service Advisor within our Express Lane. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, guiding them through their basic vehicle maintenance needs. You'll act as the crucial link between our customers and Express Lube Technicians, ensuring clear communication and recommending additional services or products to keep their vehicles running smoothly. The successful candidate can expect to earn a base salary plus performance bonus, and work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

What You'll Do :

• Greet customers in a prompt, courteous manner as they bring their vehicle in for an express service
• Actively listen to customer needs in order to gather the nature of the visit, and recommend any additional services such as filters, bulbs, tire rotations, etc.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected completion times
• Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance
• Provide additional support in the Service Lane as needed

What You Bring :

• Previous experience within the automotive service industry is considered a strong asset
• Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
