Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs and services a wide variety of security systems.
• Responds to client sites for service calls and maintenance.
• Diagnoses and fixes problems on-site or remotely as needed.
• Completes accurate service reports for invoicing and project tracking.
• Mentors junior staff and supports project coordination.
