RTS Consulting Automation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Analyst to focus on expanding our manufacturing and operational excellence consulting practice. This role will play a key part in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the growth of RTS’s consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, client-focused approach, an aptitude for consultative selling, and a strong desire to drive results within the manufacturing and operations landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients in target industries for consulting services.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, technical environments, and readiness, ensuring alignment with RTS’s consulting capabilities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building :
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, objectives, and operational consulting needs.
- Develop rapport with prospective clients, positioning RTS as a trusted advisor for customer solutions.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to tailor proposals and presentations, addressing client-specific production and efficiency pain points.
- Track and manage sales opportunities in the CRM, keeping detailed records of client interactions, status updates, and next steps.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and RTS’s consulting team members.
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, supporting demand generation and lead nurturing.
- Partner with consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to engagement and delivery.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market trends, client feedback, and potential improvement areas.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years in sales, sales development, or lead generation, ideally within the consulting industry.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail in managing client data.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.Preferred : Familiarity with manufacturing and operational consulting delivery, industry-specific challenges, and an understanding of process improvement and automation in manufacturing is an asset.Career Growth : Opportunities to develop sales expertise and advance within RTS.
