Our innovative client is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio primarily consisting of residential properties, along with one commercial building, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

In this role, you’ll leverage your multitasking skills, quick thinking, and ability to prioritize effectively as you address tenancy issues and manage a range of property needs. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting easily to shifting priorities and new challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Ensure properties meet quality standards through regular maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs.
  • Lead repairs and minor renovations (roofing, plumbing, electrical) from start to finish, managing both in-house teams and contractors.
  • Supervise maintenance crews and vendors, ensuring accurate quotes and strong partnerships.
  • Prioritize immediate fixes and develop long-term maintenance strategies based on property needs.
  • Minimize vacancy rates and ensure quick unit leasing.
  • Support lease negotiations with financial analysis and proposals.
  • Manage the Monthly Rentals Spreadsheet, tracking income, expenses, ROI, and cash flow.
  • Be the main point of contact for tenants, handling emergencies and non-urgent requests.
  • Identify and secure prime property acquisitions to expand our portfolio.
  • Analyze potential acquisitions for strong ROI and alignment with company goals.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies for continued growth and expansion.

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in junior property management, assistant property management, or property administration is required.

  • Practical and solutions-oriented, capable of handling minor maintenance issues as they arise

Base Salary: $55,000+ per year

  • Full benefits package included
  • Salary based on experience

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
