About the Role :

The Junior Project Specialist (Sales) is a highly organized and proactive team member responsible for supporting the team in managing client projects, driving sales initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional coordination. This role will ensure successful project delivery for Spanish-speaking clients and markets.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicating and providing support directly to customers
  • Tracking and documenting communication with all project order stakeholders
  • Managing and monitoring communications regarding revisions
  • Providing complete spec information to project coordinators
  • Art and Quote Presentation
  • Monitoring orders through key processes to ensure that relevant timelines are maintained
  • Forward product samples, sales documents, and marketing materials to reps and customers.
  • Execution of marketing initiatives
  • Work in conjunction with other team members to execute on the companys key objectives and vision
  • Responsible for using company reporting tools daily
  • Communicate information and recommendations to management on state of the business from the perspective of your role
  • Maintains the flow of communication between sales reps, clients, and internal departments
  • Communicates and reports on the status of projects and points out areas for required escalation
  • Resolves order and inventory issues by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying relevant sales team members, managers, and customers.
  • Follows up on quotes and sales opportunities with the Sales Rep and clients
  • Other duties assigned by management
  • Education :

  • Bachelors degree desirable; but equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Experience :

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales support or project coordination role.
  • Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is an asset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, reasoning and numeracy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong ability to understand customer needs
  • Professional phone manner and appearance
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

  • Must be well organized, have exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Software Application and Technical Knowledge :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Office Professional, Sharepoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and project management tools (Monday, GoldMine CRM, Accounting ERP, FileMaker Pro Database manager and Photoshop Illustrator)
