Job summary

BV Glazing Systems in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is seeking a Junior Project Operations Manager to join our hands-on management team. You will oversee the in-house project team spanning Tendering, Design and Engineering, Procurement, Production and Site activities on assigned contracts, driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in unitized curtain wall construction/design/manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and proven organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of curtain wall construction/design/manufacturing experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated with strong communication and multitasking.
• Ability to present information to managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee in-house project team (Tendering, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Production, Site) for the assigned contract.
• Coordinate tendering, design, procurement, and production activities.
• Ensure timely, qualitative production and site delivery.
• Support project meetings, design reviews, and cost/delivery discussions.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
