Must Have:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project management life cycle aspects, including scoping, resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop project charters and business/project plans, considering suitable approaches for each project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations on resource requirements, dependencies, and policy implications.
  • Package and present project deliverables to various internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, resources, and governance.
  • Ensure effective project communication and escalation of risks.
  • Develop project organization structures with defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Document project status against objectives, milestones, budget, and resources, facilitating issue tracking.
  • Create project schedules, estimate resources, and monitor work plans.
  • Provide guidance to project resources for task completion.
  • Oversee change management activities, including problem management, capacity management, and service level agreements.
  • Liaise with client groups to minimize negative impacts and drive efficient adoption of changes.
  • Contribute to developing change management plans, including Stakeholder Impact Analysis and Business Readiness Assessment.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes
