Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager and / or Team Lead in all aspects of project management
• Preparation of submission materials and tracking project progress
• Review project constraints and prepare constraints plans
• Participate in grading, servicing, and stormwater strategy for preliminary and detailed design projects.
• Engage with Clients and provide regular project updates
• Coordination with internal design teams and external consultants
• Mentor project coordinators

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering
• Graduate Engineer with interest in Land Development and Project Management
• Minimum two (2) years experience in land development design or project coordination
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
• Technical knowledge of industry standards and practices
