Junior Project Coordinator – Full-Time

Location : Burnaby, BC

Industry : Mechanical / Plumbing Contracting

We are a growing mechanical contractor based in North Burnaby. We are currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical or plumbing experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer main phone line, respond to general inquiries, and perform data entry
  • Maintain company databases and ensure project information is current
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field staff
  • Prepare draft contracts and assist with quotation development
  • Create and maintain project folders and tracking systems
  • Source pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Assist with quarterly inspection reports and repair quotations
  • Coordinate job kick-offs and communicate with clients
  • Support warehouse and inventory management
