Kenna in Mississauga, ON, seeks a Junior Program Manager to support payment processing and reporting as we migrate toward automated fulfillment. You will report to the Senior Program Manager and supervise one Fulfillment Coop, handling checks, statements, shipping labels, and QA of check runs.

An ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Commerce/Economics/Data Science, 1–2 years in an office, and SQL experience. This is a hybrid role: three days in the office (Tue–Thu) and two days remote.

Overview

Kenna has been working with a US Client to reconcile and fulfill Customer Programs. The Junior Program Manager role is being created to assist in the management of payment processing and reporting; as well as the migration towards a fully automated fulfillment system.

This role will focus on payment reports, generating checks, locking statements, shipping labels, printing and collating, voids/reissues and quality assurance of check runs. The incumbent will report to the Senior Program Manager, and will oversee one Program Fulfillment Coop.
