Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Adapt/revise/research material and simple radio.
  • Assist in managing some administration work for the Department Head & Executive Producers including Purchase Orders, Final Actuals, Invoice processing, research, etc. on an as-needed basis.
  • Assisting freelancers on an as-needed basis with some administration.
  • Keeping the server up to date with the latest templates/files.
  • Help identify potential suppliers, focused primarily in-house and occasionally outside.
  • Managing editing & sound recording process.
  • Identify and manage all facets of work, per brand, including generating estimates, pre-production organization, post-production and schedules for internal and client deadlines.
  • Purchase Orders, Final Actuals, Invoice processing - Producing research material, Social, OLV’s, revisions & radio.
  • Collaborate with Broadcast Business to manage talent/business aspects including production bidding, talent engagement and contracting.
  • Provide estimates for smaller stock footage requests and assets for various clients.
Qualifications
  • Organization and the ability to manage costs
  • Comfortable with managing paperwork
  • Strong communication with the ability to keep team abreast of changes as they occur
  • Proactive in recognizing when a more senior producer needs to be pulled in for guidance or leadership
  • Understanding and use of agency process
  • Ability to work as a team member with the willingness to help and support others
  • Ability to manage constructive feedback
