Job description

We're looking for a Junior Print and Digital Buyer to join our team at our Toronto office!

The Role:

The Junior Print and Digital Buyer will be responsible for inputting vendor IOs into the system, clearing invoices for payment, and liaising with the accounting team to ensure billing is properly prepared and processed.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:
  1. Inputting media contracts from suppliers
  2. Monitoring campaigns to ensure they are delivering in full and pacing to spend
  3. Resolving invoice discrepancies when supplier invoices do not match system records
  4. Consulting with planning teams if campaign budgets are exceeded or underperforming
  5. Communicating with vendors and finance teams regarding invoice discrepancies
  6. Traditional media inputting (newspaper, outdoor, magazine, cinema)
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Strong numerical and spreadsheet management skills
  • Knowledge of Mediaocean and Google DCM is an asset
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with good keyboarding skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing personality
  • Ability to build productive relationships at all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive, adaptable problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Education and Experience You Bring:
