Job description

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Junior Pharmaceuticals Representative with sales or customer service experience to raise awareness about an immunization product face-to-face with GPs and nurses in the London through Windsor territory. This in-field role reports to the Inizio Engage Canada Business Manager and is a 6-month contract.

Key Objectives:

  • Represent the client's products in person (or virtually if needed) to healthcare providers (GPs and nurses), effectively communicating key messages about the product's information, administration, and ordering procedures.
  • Provide regular insights to the client on product messaging, relevance, missing information, and field intelligence for brand and product adoption.
  • Develop strategic business and territory routing plans to maximize opportunities, product information dissemination, and logistical efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
  • Manage expenses and budgets strategically to maximize results.
  • Create comprehensive key account plans to build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders and enhance performance.
  • Complete daily CRM entries and administrative duties to manage the territory effectively.
  • Attend and complete all required product and compliance training.

Job Holder Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; science or business degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in sales or customer service.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate personality.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally and articulately.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
