BCT Resourcing is seeking a Junior Vehicle Technician for a large Peterborough workshop. Level 1–3 experience or qualified by experience is welcome. In-house training and clear progression to a PDI Technician are available, with no customer interaction and a predictable, well‑structured workload.

Qualifications

• Junior Vehicle Technician required with Level 1–3 or qualified by experience.
• In-house training and progression opportunities to a PDI Technician.
• No customer interaction; work is planned and set in a large workshop.

• Perform PDI and routine maintenance tasks in a busy workshop.
• Assist senior technicians and maintain vehicles to required standards.

Junior Vehicle Technician NEEDED - Level 1, 2, 3 with some car garage experience, or maybe you are a Qualified by Experience Technician

Starting salaries of £28,800 + a bonus of Circa 10%, So OTE £31,680

Maybe you are part-qualified NVQ/IMI Qualified in Light Vehicles? With some previous Garage Experience: We want to hear from you!

The successful Candidate will benefit from in-house training as well as the opportunity to progress within the business to a PDI Technician, and you will be allowed to continually develop yourself.
