Remuneration: Training $18 per hour/followed by $21-24

Job Specifics: Dunmed Clinic is seeking a full-time Junior MOA.

This MOA Will Be Responsible For The Following:

• Guest Relations: Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Front Desk Operations: Answer and manage phone calls, emails, faxes, and text messages promptly and professionally.
• Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Basic Cleaning Duties: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic workspace.

The Following Skills Are Required For This Position:

• Customer service focus and strong people skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

Key Assets For This Position Include:

• Past EMR experience
• Experience in a Family Practice office
• Knowledge of MSP billing

Dunmed Clinic, a well-established clinic in the beautiful Dunbar-Southlands neighbourhood, is looking to grow their team. This is a solo practice that provides family medicine and cosmetic services. The clinic has 4 exam rooms and an office space, and provides minor surgical procedures. The patient population is full spectrum with a strong elderly demographic and a small pediatric portion, offering childhood services such as vaccinations.

Parking/Bike/Transit information: Free street parking, easily accessible by transit (25, 33, 7)
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
