Job Specifics

Chaldecott Medical Clinic is a collegial and friendly office work environment situated in the Dunbar community. We are seeking 1 permanent full-time MOA to work 5 days / week. This MOA will be replacing a current clinic staff member; the clinic will have a total of 3 MOAs. Our records are completely electronic, using Telus CHR, so excellent computer skills are required.

An earlier start date is also possible.

The Junior MOA will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to :

• Reception work (booking, patient management, fielding inquires, etc)
• Patient recall
• Document management
• Autoclaving

The Following Skills Are Required For This Position

Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and doctors

Good organizational and time management skills

Proficient computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems

Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

The clinic has 4 exam rooms and two physician offices and conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.
