Our growing, Calgary area client is an innovative designer and manufacturer of premium architectural-lighting solutions. They are seeking a hands‑on, highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to bridge the gap between product development, operations, and quality. In this technical leadership role, you will play a critical part in strengthening factory capability, optimizing production, driving value engineering, and ensuring flawless product launches and ongoing sustaining execution.
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of sustaining engineering initiatives while driving manufacturing readiness for new product introductions (NPI). Partnering closely with Product Development, Product Management, Quality, and Operations, you will lead technical reviews, mentor team members, improve product reliability and cost structures, and maintain factory‑wide quality standards.
