Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in a high-speed manufacturing environment (Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering).
• Experience with APQP: Process Flow Diagrams and PFMEA.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
• Support development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in development of new and existing products and manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate productivity of processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and problem-solving investigations.
• Support the review and development of machine and equipment layouts to enhance workflow, ergonomics, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Quality teams in resolving manufacturing issues.
• Develop and maintain process sheets, flow diagrams, PFMEA documentation, and control plans.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with engineering standards and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare, revise, and maintain operational documents and technical standards.
• Support compliance with automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
