Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and chef standards.
• Support senior cooks and chefs during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and critical control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.
