Are you a recent graduate seeking a full-time opportunity to grow in the legal field, meet new people, and hone your skills? Aird & Berlis LLP is looking for a recent graduate from a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Program who is detail-oriented and self-motivated. The successful candidate will support our Summer / Articling Law School Students and the Director of Professional Development, Research, and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage administrative needs for Articling / Summer Students and the Director of Professional Development, Research, and Knowledge Management
  • Prepare and complete necessary documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external clients
  • Handle correspondence, accounting, expenses, and related administrative tasks
  • Assist with organizing seminars (booking rooms, sending invites, ordering lunch, etc.)
  • Maintain and update external legal referral lists
  • Work across various practice areas as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Produce high-quality work
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Show initiative and maintain confidentiality

Requirements :
