Job summary

G3 Connection is seeking a Project Manager I at its Winnipeg head office. You will coordinate IT project delivery, support agile practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

The role requires one year of IT project management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with project tools and PowerPoint. On-site at G3 Head Office, you will help drive successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of one year of IT project management experience in environments using Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
Experience with project management tools and PowerPoint is a must.
Ability to manage multiple foundational projects and explain technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and activities.
Coordinate project team activities through the life cycle and support work plan development.
Establish a work plan for activities, iterations, or phases.
Ensure project goals align with business objectives.
Monitor progress and escalate risks or barriers to delivery.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.
Support estimation and release planning for software projects.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project artifacts.
Address delivery obstacles and elevate issues needing guidance.
Maintain strong relationships between product owners and team members.
Support agile and scrum practices and assist with business analysis tasks.
