They are open to hiring a junior technologist or project coordinator with some basic site visit or project coordination experience, who is keen to further develop their career in Contract Administration on high-profile projects across Alberta. The role involves working with construction documents, development permits, submittals, tenders, site visits, contract reports, change orders, RFIs, RFPs, and reviewing drawings in Revit. You will liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and city officials. The position offers involvement in a variety of projects across different sectors and potential for further development.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology. Experience in a technologist, project coordinator, or contract administrator role on various projects is preferred. Technical skills should include designing and drawing details, producing full working drawing packages, construction documents, and development permits. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Candidates should have between 2 and 10 years of industry experience.
