The Job

The role involves working with construction documents, development permits, submittals, tenders, site visits, contract reports, change orders, RFIs, RFPs, and reviewing drawings in Revit. You will liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and city officials. The position offers exposure to a variety of projects and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • Some experience in a technologist, project coordinator, or contract administrator role
  • Technical skills including designing and drawing details, producing full working drawing packages, construction documents, and development permits
