Job Title: Junior Inside Sales Development Manager

Reports To: COO

Rate: $50,000 Annual Salary + Commission based on internal policies

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
  2. Identify opportunities for increasing sales.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Collaborate with upper management, sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  5. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth.
  6. Coordinate with operations teams to understand current manufacturing capacities.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  8. Stay up to date with industry developments.
  9. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Microart Services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development, preferably within the electronics industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing process and industry trends.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
