The Role:

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support by creating engaging product displays that reflect the latest fashion trends. Your responsibilities include designing window and in-store displays, maximizing store profitability through visual concepts, and ensuring that new and existing products are showcased effectively while adhering to JD Standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs in your store.
• Attract and motivate customers using advanced visual techniques to encourage purchases.
• Regularly update mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasons and retail calendar events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
• Analyze sales data (Oracle figures) to optimize product placement and store layout.
• Provide training and support team development in merchandising and display techniques.
• Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Communicate with the Town Merchandiser about visual merchandising activities and store performance.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, leading by example at all times.
• Work safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance following company procedures.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

• Minimum of six months retail experience.
