Junior HR Assistant

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding: contracts preparation, time clock enrollment, new hire package completion.
  • Time and attendance tracking and approval.
  • Health and Safety training setup and tracking.
  • Journal entries in data management system.
  • Maintain employee HR records.
  • ADP WFN entries.
  • Employee license renewal tracking.
  • Filing and mailing all HR documents.
  • Assist in HR projects, AODA, training, policy updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

- Positive and collaborative team member with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office. Some experience working in ADP WFN.

- Excellent planning and prioritization skills to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Organized and accountable.

Additional Details:

  • Full-Time Position - The position requires working in the office five days a week.
