Junior Helpdesk Analyst to support a hardware deployment (laptops, mobile, & monitors) and provide tier 1 user support

Our Calgary client is looking for a Junior or Intermediate Helpdesk Analyst to support a hardware deployment (laptops, mobile, & monitors) and provide tier 1 user support.

Calgary based candidates, 4 days a week onsite, downtown Calgary. The successful candidate will need to obtain or hold an enhanced reliability clearance (requires 5+ years in Canada).

Must Have:

  1. 2+ years Helpdesk experience providing tier 1 support in a Windows environment.
  2. Experience imaging and wiping computers.
  3. Experience moving and setting up office hardware.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Office 365 (Troubleshooting, deploying, configuring, etc.).
