Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Vancouver-based marketing team. Working within a small, dynamic art department in our integrated marketing team, this role contributes to the creation of premium print and digital collateral that showcases our award-winning river and ocean cruise experiences. You’ll help elevate the Scenic and Emerald Cruises brands through compelling design that reflects our commitment to luxury, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-production-value brochures aligned with Scenic and Emerald Cruises brand standards
  • Produce bespoke collateral including but not limited to display ads, flyers, invites, direct marketing, interactive PDF forms, interactive web banners, direct mailers, emails and posters
  • Develop multimedia assets including video, audio, graphics, and animations for presentations and trade shows
  • Source and curate on-brand imagery from global photo agencies and suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support website updates and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain consistency across all visual outputs while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of Graphic Design experience
  • Formal training in Desktop Publishing or Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate) on Mac
  • Experience in brochure and direct mail production
  • Strong photo retouching and multimedia creation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Experience in the travel or retail sector is a plus
