Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print assets, including website banners, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Develop consistent brand visuals aligned with the company’s identity and marketing goals.
• Design product packaging, tags, and labels that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Support website and e-commerce design updates, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging customer experience.
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography for online and offline use.
• Create templates for internal documents, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Stay updated on design trends in the apparel and retail industries to keep creative work fresh and relevant.
• Work within brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print assets.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
