Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Geotechnical Engineering field.
• Eligibility for registration with the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia.
• Class 5 driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments including mapping, material testing, and site meetings.
• Manage geotechnical aspects of design and construction projects.
• Prepare and write proposals and technical reports.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding soil mechanics

Experience with aerial photos and GIS

Education

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil or Geological Engineering

Tools

2D and 3D geotechnical software (RocScience)
